1. 3-Day Right to Cancel: You may cancel this agreement within three (3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the date of signature for a full refund.
2. Death or Disability: You or your estate may cancel if you die or become physically unable to use the facilities (verified by a physician's note).
3. Relocation: You may cancel if the gym moves more than five (5) driving miles from this location without providing a comparable replacement within 30 days.

Refund Processing: All refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of a valid written notice.
